Beautiful atmosphere and customer service, brother Mahdi lined me up and must say one the best haircuts I've had. Super respectful guy great pricing too.
Great service and convenient location
I went with my son this morning for his monthly haircut. As I am a regular customer at this place, I was very disappointed with the behaviour of all four young barbers. They were talking in their own language, looking at us, and it felt like they were making fun of my family. This was very unprofessional and disrespectful. I would request the owner to teach the staff some etiquette, professionalism, and respect for customers. No customer should ever feel uncomfortable or unwelcome. Poor service and not very professional. Staff need better training on how to interact with and handle young kids in a calm, friendly, and patient manner. The experience was disappointing, and I hope improvements are made in customer service and professionalism.
