I've been here about 4-5 times and this time it was less than satisfactory. I drive all the way from kent because the first couple times were top tier. I've been getting pedicures and manicures over the past 20 years so I understand the business. It's just disappointing to spend money and not get quality service. On top of that tipping to have to come back the next day to get it fixed. I know these shops get busy and have regulars but it would be nice to get the same level of quality service.
Made an appointment about four hours before I was able to make it and do not regret it! When I arrived, there was a lady getting her nails done and few in there for pedicures. The lady getting her nails done became upset when asked to go wash her hands (normal procedure) and the nail tech asked me to sit down to put the removal foils on my nails. Do not get your nails done here. I came in as a walk in, they sat me right down and started my nails. Halfway through someone with an appointment came in and they stopped doing my nails and started hers. I ended up having to leave without polish due to time and they charged me the full amount.
I had Jennifer as my nail technician and she was so sweet and so nice and she was really friendly
My Girlfriend and I have came in the topcoat nail salon twice now. I’ve learned of this places from my roommate. So far in the three times I’ve been here, I have to say I’ve had nothing but the best service possible. HOA AND LEE were our last two tech who helped us, needless to say they were both absolutely amazing. We love the massage chairs and the friendly atmosphere and crew.
