This was my first time at Top Nails 2. It fell short of my expectations and did not go well. When I arrived I told the woman who greeted me (if you call it that) that I was a new customer. She gave me a bottle of water and told me to sit down. It was not a warm greeting, it was more of a command. I then was escorted to the pedicure chair by a male tech who seemed to be in a hurry. The service here is top notch. I got a pedicure done by Sherry and she did such an amazing job with the color. She was very sweet and asked if the massage was too hard but it was just right. I highly recommend this place. Thank you for such a great experience here.

I went to get a manicure they told me it's a 30 minute wait without a appointment this was no problem. But then they started taking walk ins ahead of me

Linda is amazing at top coat Nails!! Best service provided great experience today by her !! Love the vibe of the salon very friendly staff:)
