Visa disput/ fraud center is requesting a breakdown and refund be given from Top Coat nails charge for their services on May 19th. I was overcharged and ripped off after paying for unwanted designs. I was charged 210 for services that where not completed. The owner walked out in the middle of starting my childs nails after he looked like he was going to faint or on something.
