If I could give this place a zero stars I would. Ask for dip the woman did not ask me if I wanted the extensions on or the shape. She uses my real nail for dip which is fine, but she completely messed up the shape not to mention there are black dots in the powder which then made my nail have black dots from the powder. My nails looked horrific when it comes time to pay she says $55. I then explain my frustration that my nails are not the shape that I wanted. I won’t be returning. My nails weren’t done neatly, and honestly, I could’ve done a better job myself at home. I brought my daughter with me, and she asked for shorter nails, but the technician kept insisting on a longer length she didn’t want. Very disappointing customer service.
Soothing, expert and a joy.
Wasted 123$ here, from the pedicure to manicure just a horrible experience. Wasted my money and time.
