The entire process was exceptional start to finish. Communication with Nick was professional, clear, and timely. Scheduling was easy, timelines were communicated, and installation went smoothly. There was follow-up to make sure my expectations were met. The floor looks incredible now. Highly recommend.
Just finished job on my garage. Very appreciative of job done by Jonathan and crew. Nick has a very good team. Bad situation a year ago as I was supposed to have my garage done by a bunch of amateurs. Got taken! Get professionals , and in my experience, Top Coat is the best. Came when they said! Top Coat was awarded the contract to epoxy coat the lower floor of our church. The main hall, kitchen, washrooms, hallways and storage areas were all coated. Top Coat's staff were professional at all times. Nick MacKenzie provided pricing and answered questions during the bidding process as well as during the installation. Excellent experience using Nick and his team at Top Coat. We had an old, pitted garage floor that looks better than new. Nick and the crew showed up on time, completed the job in their estimated timeline, and kept a neat and tidy job site. They were on budget with no surprises.
