I am a real estate broker & contractor from Tulsa, Oklahoma. I was in Topeka working on an estate-owned home and when I arrived the blower motor was squealing/failing. I have some basic HVAC knowledge- so I replaced the faulty motor & capacitor. But I couldn’t get the system to work afterwards.
