The people we bought our home from used Bob Morris as their realtor. He was awful! The contractor he recommended to make repairs charged and then didnt complete the work. Its taken 6 months to get this fixed. When Bob was called out the day before closing about the repairs in the contract that were not completed, he became angry and yelled at our realtor. Bob, from Indy's Choice Real Estate, seemed to be adequate at first meeting. From that point, his professionalism and ethics became at best questionable. He was slow to response and his returned information tended to be filtered and self serving. His language and unprofessional conversation with all parties should not be common practice in any professional transaction. My experience with Bob Morris is that he is a phony. I recently inquired about a property listed on craigslist that he had his companies information attached to it.When he finally returned my phone call after two days of calling he said the ad was not a real ad so when I asked if it was a fake ad he said I’m not going to argue with you and hung up.Bob is a real professional jerk!
