Called Top Carpet Cleaning and set up an appointment for a carpet shampoo for 5 rooms and 13 steps as this is our move out carpet cleaning. They said no problem made the appointment for arrival between 0800 and 1000 on Sunday May 31st. No one shows up after calling several times and then a technician called back and said he cannot make it until 1:30 or 2. When he shows up he is from Green Lion Cleaning Services and vacuums the carpets with a vacuum then sprays them down with disinfectant and said gotta wait 30 minutes. 30 mi... read more

(My husband already left a review but I have the full story and I don't want anyone else to get scammed by this company) I called Top Carpet Cleaning and got a quote for 5 rooms at 150 and 3 dollars a stair. Went ahead and scheduled for the morning of May 31st. They said a technician would be there between 8-11. So my husband went to our rental that morning and waited 4 hours with a no show. Grate service , I called Top Cleaning Middleburg over the weekend to set apt for Monday. The guys came on time , clean my 2 rugs and bedroom in less then 1.5 hrs for good price. Thank you !
