Our apartment was not up to code. When our heat stopped working in the middle of winter (did I mention my bedroom never had any heat to begin with?) they brought us cheap space heaters, which shorted out after ten minutes of use. Going on three years now with top care management and let me just say this is one of the best housing companies I’ve experienced!! Sheindy is not only understanding of the tenants chaotic lives but she responds in a timely manner, answering any questions had. As for maintenance, they are also very responsive as well. As a first time New Yorker I will say this management has made NY feel like home! My cat is a first time NYer as well and feels right at home :)

Sheindy has been my apartment manager for over a year now, and she is by far the best I've ever had. Sheindy is attentive, kind, and flexible. Whenever there is a maintenance issue, she has a team of professionals who come to the apartment right away. When I was locked out during non-active office hours, I called a locksmith and paid out-of-pocket, but I was confident I could come to Sheindy the next day.
