Carlo was wonderful to deal with. It was my first experience with a car dealer. I swopped my mazda 3 2013 for a toyota hiace 2004, so I can live in it and travel around Australia. The swap was so easy, Carlo was very professional, I trusted him, he even went above and beyond to have a new key cut for my van and threw in roadside assistance with my deal. Thankyou so much Carlo.
