Yummm. Top cafe is cheap and extremely tasty. It is way cheaper compared to Tapioca Express and tastes the same if not better. They offer drinks ranging from coffee to milkshakes to pearl/boba drinks. I would recommend the pina colada with pearls.
Great Alternative Top Cafe is pretty popular in the small area around it. I often go there with my friends and order the Thai Tea, which is very delicious. It is open late and a pretty happening place during the later hours. Check it out!
