It is not a welcoming place at all. When I walked in there was no hello or welcome in. The lobby was completely empty and they were just standing there looking at me. Then I go to pick up my order and it’s missing a drink. When I tell them they look like I’m trying to steal from them. Then when I get home and open my food bag I see that I’m missing an entire tuna bop bowl. These are not cheap either, and I don’t live close at all. It’s completely dead in there, there is no reason for them the mess up the order like this.

Prices go up and quality goes down… separated to mixed veggies, then added noodles(!), then raised prices, then no more noodles, then raised prices, then just recently poorer quality chicken… I can’t keep going here with increasing prices and worse quality food. And to be clear, the staff are the saving grace. They work so hard and do everything they can to be kind and friendly and helpful. My annoyance is purely with the food quality, which is probably more owner level decisions.

My first visit to Too Bop was a different location but I couldn’t even eat what they served. This time it was completely different this Top Bop was absolutely amazing and the service was above and beyond. My husband and I both enjoyed the Sesame chicken which was amazing but there were no sesame seeds on either dish.
