I will never come back to this store again. The lady tried to gave me a different color wig from the one that I tried on. She tried to continuously say they Were the same color but one was a 1 and the other one had highlights and it was a brighter color. To show her they weren’t th same I put them near each other . She tried to still convince me there were the same because she did not want to do a refund . Pros: Mostly every time I visit this store, everything I've come for, they have in stock. This goes for random items that most beauty stores wouldn't have, they got it! I love that some of the staff are willing to explain the difference in products to help you make a choice. When I ask for help, it is given and they are very knowledgeable about their products. I have visited other stores and tried to obtain their assistance, they were like Wal-Mart employees who didn't really want to help. This is not the case in this store.... read more
