Disappointed. Purchased a 2016 Chrysler Town and Country and the day after purchase the transmission went out. We were told the transmission would be replaced by the Chrysler dealer and have a 3yr warranty. We paid $1400 towards the replaced transmission and never received a receipt for the purchased transmission, invoice or any warranty information. I would 100% recommend Top Auto and Andrey! Very professional and efficient experience. I drove more than 2 hours to get the car and I have no regrets. I’ve been driving the car for over a month and no issues at all. Overall a great deal despite the low prices.
This seller sold me a Mini Cooper which had a dash light check engine after I drove it only 1 hour to arrive at home. Then he said he will fix it but didn't. Also one part was missing in gear shift which he said that he has ordered in Amazon and will send me to my address and didn't do that as well. Eventually after many contacts he didn't reply so I had to sell back the car and make a loss of 1000.
