Partner ordered a stereo harness, he has had to ring over 12 times, only spoke to a person once, got hung up on once, send texts as well as messages via eBay, only to be told the item ordered 6 days ago will be sent in 2 days meaning it won't be here for Christmas... Horrible experience...
