The owner, rachel, is a genius at doing nails. She takes my ideas and turns them into incredible artwork. I moved about 9 to 10 Mi away but I still come back to her because, well, let's be honest she's the best at what she does. Very rarely will she use a decal. Most all my designs have been hand-painted.
It is 9:36am business is suppose to be opened at 9am it is not opened I drove from far.. what a waste of my time.
Brandon and Rachel are the best. They will give you exactly what you want. They are friendly abd the place is immaculate. Highly recommend
Do you not come here at all? Literally, the ownership has changed it’s now owned by asian family they told me they could take me and then had me sitting in the lobby for over 45 minutes and did not address me or help me there were multiple unpleased guest who had to get their nail polish color change get the whole bottle of polish changed that was applied because it was not good anymore complains about artwork. Don’t go to Brandan at Top Art. I willingly paid a hefty price because his work looked excellent. Your nails will look great but won’t last. My nails popped off like cheap press-ons the following week of getting them done. I I called and text Brandan to see if he could repair them, being that it was only a week. He blamed me and said I don’t know how to take care of my nails. I have worn acrylic since I was in elementary, so I’m know stranger to nail care.
