This was the worst service I've ever had. They didn't put vent covers back on, didn't turn the HVAC back on, and didn't turn the sump pump back on, so my basement flooded. Everyone be careful, they are only focused on sales and not doing their real job.
Service provided by Ron C. First off, I’ve never had someone come to do a service and yell at me through the phone. Continuously talked over me when I tried to get a word in all because I did not have the funds to move forward with an additional $800-$1000 service. It was clear to me that this was a scam to sell air purifying equipment, not to actually clean the ducts out. Upon leaving the home, he even said “it was really dirty so there’s no way I got it all”. I had a great experience doing business with Top Air Solutions. On my initial call I was fortunate to get John on my call , he took the time to explain the different packages available. John was very knowledgeable about the process, made sure that I understood exactly what I would receive with the package I chose.
