WHERE DO I EVEN START!!! If I could give zero stars, I would. I purchased this package through Groupon, not realizing I was signing up for one of the worst customer service experiences of my life. Even after paying a good amount of money, every appointment I scheduled was either changed without notice or cancelled entirely. The laser itself was ineffective—I’ve seen no results. Please note that this review comes from someone that has been dealing with these people.For the year, I bought a year membership, and I regret it incredibly. The staff is nice.The location is nice.The people themselves are not rude.They're good people, they're just incredibly unorganized.You will be less seen and more rescheduled than anything.It's like being shuffled constantly. I don’t like leaving negative reviews, but this place has really gone downhill. I originally gave them 5 stars, but after a year long Groupon, I can say that I did NOT get an adequate number of appointments for effective treatment. They cancel or change appointments last minute, charge customers for rescheduling, and completely ignore messages. I’ve been waiting over a month for a response and still nothing. This is not how you treat paying customers. Very disappointing. Stay away!!!
