The technician who came for my AC service seemed unprepared and uninterested. He didn’t check the system properly, barely spoke to me, and left after a short time. The next day my AC shut down again. I had to spend even more money on another company who fixed the problem in minutes. I feel like I wasted both my time and money. Extremely disappointed.
Vent covers wiped off so they’re polished too instead of just functional. Small touches like that go a long way.
I was shown a bag of the debris they removed from the vents. Lint, dust, and even old coins were in there. It was like getting a glimpse into a secret, dusty past of the house. But more than that, it was awesome to feel the air is light and clean now and I don’t have allergy symptoms anymore.
The team was so careful! They covered floors, moved furniture gently and left everything cleaner than when they arrived. Professional service all the way.
