Ethan was responsive, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. His pricing was very fair, and the quality of his craftsmanship was excellent. While some companies sent a junior employee to assess the job, Ethan, the head of the company, personally came out at every stage to make sure everything went off without a hitch. When we had an issue on a holiday, he even arranged for someone to help us within hours. Appreciate his help!

TOP AC came out for my AC repair, very courteous, located a faulty fuse and just charged for the repair of the blown fuses. Very fair and honest in my opinion! Not what I have encountered with other HVAC repair people in the past. I recommend Top AC!
