We found Top AC to offer a sound product at a competitive price and Frank has been great from the set up time and afterwards to answer questions around use of the thermostat and ongoing care of both the heating and AC units. When an issue comes up, they are quick to respond. Very pleased.!

My 14 year old AC unit recently stopped working during a spring heatwave (of course it did, no better time). I called Top AC to come out and investigate the issue, hoping it was an easy fix. Sadly, I needed an entirely new unit. Luckily, they were able to secure a brand new unit and install it the next day. The job from start to finish took the better part of a day. From my experience, this is the best company customer service number one the guy coming exactly in the time cover everything protect floor dust and more important after finish the job test everything make sure all the job is clean. And of course, the price it’s super fair high-quality job and clean you can tell this company the owner and all the guy is super professional. I definitely recommend for everybody to use this company.

Great experience with Top AC Heating & Air Conditioning. Ethan was responsive and easy to connect with to schedule a tech for routine maintenance. Frank was the technician and he was polite, informative about what he was seeing, communicative, and friendly. This company is trustworthy and I've already recommended to my neighbors.
