6 years ago we had a kitchen done by top 40. The install process and workmanship seemed good at the start but over the last few years the poor quality of the product has become clear. Delamination on cabinets resulting in replacement of doors, cracking in the lamination and poor quality of the cabinets, doors and trim have left us wishing we had sourced a different company for our kitchen. We had a major kitchen flood in August and through our insurance claim, we were told we would be looking at least a 14-week delay in receiving our kitchen cabinets. By October and with the shortage of trades people, we were still waiting for the renos to begin. In the meantime, our good friend and neighbour Andy Erickson who works for Top Forty suggested we order our kitchen cabinets through Top Forty and the wait would be approximately 8-10 weeks.
