Evan came to inspect our future home was very thorough in his inspection. He was friendly and easy to talk to. When asked questions, he took the time to explain. He did this throughout the inspection process. Upon completion, he then asked if there was anything you wanted to go over. And before leaving, he even stated after you receive the report that you could reach out to him for any questions you may have. I was smart enough to go with my realtor's recommendation and use Evan for a recent home inspection and I cannot recommend this company and him in particular enough. Evan was on time which is always a good start in my book, he was polite and took the time to answer my questions even when they might have been silly or rudimentary, he was also incredibly thorough and was able to help me understand which issues were cosmetic vs which were a health and safety concern. I recently had a home inspected by Evan. I would recommend Evan to anybody looking to buy a home. He is honest, personable, and doesn't mind answering a million questions. I plan on hiring Evan again on the next home inspection I need.
Evan inspected our soon-to-be new home in North Reading. He was extremely thorough and encouraged me to follow him through the process. After 4 hours in the home with Evan I feel like I know all the ins and outs of that place.
