Bought a car from these ppl a few years ago. Was reflecting lately on some moments in my life and came here to share.We were nearly homeless and I was a single mom. Times were very rough. Guy saw this and took advantage of the situation. The engine caught on fire after we left. They Won’t refund a deposit and they are not afraid of the law. Save yourself heartache and time. This is a Sunk cost.
Bought a car from top to bottom autos. Owner was not honest about the mileage. I checked vehicle report online before purchase. Mileage showed 130,000. After purchase I rechecked the vehicle report and mileage had been altered (car had 218,000). Also, owner never gave me the title nor registration for my car. Scam. Sold me a car that the transmission went out on 2 days after paying cash for the car. Asked for my money back and was told he would have to sell the car first before refunding me my money. When purchasing was told that I was given a 90 day motor and transmission warranty. It’s been 2 months and still haven’t replaced the transmission. Do not go to wish I would have known. But court is next I’m in the process of suing right now
