I’ve been getting my nails done here for years. Excellent customer service and staff is very friendly. I leave with beautiful nails each time.
Dirty,Dirty,Dirty!! They don’t sanitize the implement correctly. The man that was doing my manicure pulled out a plastic container with Metal implements and a paper towel at the bottom that had someone else nails. The nail clippers were Rusty. The one guy was laying on a bed. The whole app was odd. My gel polish is so thick and bumpy. The guy that was doing my pedicure was giggling like a school girl.
I had been visiting nail salons around Lancaster after mine went out of business. I won’t have to look anymore. This salon is very clean (two salons recommended by others were filthy by comparison). There’s lots of attention paid to the extras…a manicure includes a little massage. Prices were reasonable, too. My nails have not chipped and it’s been a week. I had Kevin, and he was very conscientious and accommodating. I can’t wait to go back. Well done, Top Nails.
Sammy is the best! My nails last forever, she is knowledgeable and has a great eye for color and design.
