Gave this place a 3rd shot and know to not come back. Made an appointment for 3:15 and sat here for 25 minutes. They said someone is coming and nobody comes. They overbook and before I knew it , 3 more people were waiting with me.

I truly cannot say enough great things about this salon. It is always spotless, sterile, and beautifully maintained. Every staff member is incredibly talented, from perfectly executing any nail shape I ask for to creating stunning nail art. Paid $130+ for nails that are poorly done. I called to address my concerns about the shape and design. Was told it is a “you problem.” I wouldn’t have minded paying to get them fixed, but will not be returning due to the unprofessionalism and lack of care in relation to a costly service
Been coming to Top 1 nail spa for a few months now and I couldn’t be more please. Everyone is so talented and experienced! My nails come out perfect everytime and everyone is so friendly! Best nail place I’ve ever been to!!
