Mike arrived on time his crew prepared the area for catching debris. They went up to the roof immediately removed everything. I discovered that the previous roofer before had skimmed on a few items. Thanks to Mike It was corrected. So the wood underneath was in good condition and they simply did what professional roofers do it only took five hours they were all business like and on point. I called few roofing contractors and Top 1 has the best prices around. Very reasonable and professional. Spoke with Mike and he is very knowledgeable about roofs repairs and materials. He sent me estimate and the scope of work was what he said him and his crew will perform.
