I called just a few days ago with what I thought was a simple gutter issue and severe issues with my roof were uncovered (it didn't really surprise me though). Had a really good experience with this roof inspector. He showed up on time, took the time to explain what was going on with my roof, and didn’t try to upsell anything unnecessary. Mike arrived on time his crew prepared the area for catching debris. They went up to the roof immediately removed everything. I discovered that the previous roofer before had skimmed on a few items. Thanks to Mike It was corrected. So the wood underneath was in good condition and they simply did what professional roofers do it only took five hours they were all business like and on point.
