I had a great experience with Mike, his brother and the rest of the team. I called just a few days ago with what I thought was a simple gutter issue and severe issues with my roof were uncovered (it didn't really surprise me though). I called few roofing contractors and Top 1 has the best prices around. Very reasonable and professional. Spoke with Mike and he is very knowledgeable about roofs repairs and materials. He sent me estimate and the scope of work was what he said him and his crew will perform.
