I hired Mike to replace my old patched-up gutters with seamless ones, and his communication has been excellent. He responds quickly to my text messages as early as 7am, and even took the time after his busy day to get on a call with me at 10pm when I was expressing grief that he identified issues with the shingle roof that was recently redone last year with a different vendor.
