I went for a tonsillectomy. The nurses were so beautiful and kind. The doctors and anesthetists were so knowledgeable and compassionate. Ensured to was ok and ready and had no questions before starting. Helped me every step of the way and never felt like I was on my own. Thank you all so much
They are very professional, kind and compassionate. Would certainly have no hesitation in recommending this clinic to anyone. Their duty of care to their patients is second to none. They make you feel welcome and take the time to talk you through your procedure and don’t just kick you back out the door at the end.
I had a procedure at Toowoomba Surgicentre yesterday and was really impressed by their professionalism and care. The staff were attentive and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. Highly recommend their services!
The nurses are so kind and caring. They listened to my concerns and took extra steps to make sure I was feeling safe when waking up from anaesthesia. Very professional and caring team. The facilities are good as well.
Offered no pain relief beyond panadol/ibuoprofen for an extremely painful procedure, did not provide any post-procedure instructions or guidance. Left here in agony and quickly got an infection, which based on the rest of the experience, is likely due to very poor standards in surgeons and/or inadequate hygiene practices. Beyond disgusted, complaints have been lodged with the Health Ombudsman. Avoid.
