I was recently referred to Toowoomba Orthodonists for a consultation. I must say very impressive indeed! Dr Chris and Caitlin (Treatment Coordinator) were very thorough in explaining things coupled with displaying a high degree of professionalism throughout the visit. Also, the front office reception staff were very friendly and efficient as well. Well done Team!
Dr Emily is amazing. Recently when I had a standard clean at a local dentist, I was told I needed retainers to correct an overbite. Initially I thought, oh yes no worries, but on further thought I decided to get a second opinion from someone I had trusted with my children’s teeth for nearly 8 years, and thank goodness I did! Retainers were not suitable, and Dr Emily talked me through why and what my options were and what my goals were.
