Personally I would ignore all the pettty reviews but people complaining about things that were beyond the control of the night shift manager. Over the years I have stayed here many times and it remains Toowoomba’s hidden gem. The views from the edge of Toowoomba looking out over the majestic Lockyer Valley are unrivalled and I always feel like a rich man sitting out the back of the humbly priced rooms. Was happy with the greeting with the hosts, as great customer service is hard to come by these days. Clean comfortable, warm rooms. Yes a little out dated, but fit with the old school charm of Toowoomba. Beautiful veiw from our spacious balcony. Definitely come stay again. Thanks for having us. Was amazing.. will recommend to all our friends at Canungra Qld
