Will never let these guys work on my car. Wife called for a price to replace a blown headlight globe. She was hung up on three times before she was able to speak to anyone. Service desk said they couldn't provide a price because they couldn't guarantee it wouldn't change. Put on hold for ten minutes to get a "reckon about sixty bucks" for the globe. Back to the service desk who finally decided it would be a $200 (minimum hourly charge) labour cost... To change a globe. Horrible service. We'll take our car to Brisbane. ..... ... read more
Bought a used car from them, next day it wouldn't start , found it is a faulty battery won't accept charging and need a replacement, called them , they said its not their problem !!! Wouldn't expect that from a dealer ! Almost saying its my fault i bought from them ! Would never recommend them to anyone
