Sales staff shoot from the hip and misrepresent the warranties which apply to demo vehicles. Lucky I insisted on getting a copy of the applicable warranty and was able to have this realisation during the cool off period. Sales staff also do not value your time and will engage 3 people in conversations concurrently, detail vehicles, doing anything but give you their full attention. Took 1.5 months to get my car back from what started as a warranty dispute. It was a minor fix in the end however no one decided it was important to let us know our car was ready to pick up. This is after countless calls to this dealership, MG themselves, and the dealership we bought the car from. So yes, my car is working, but don’t expect anything fast and be ready to have to chase things up constantly.
