Got my car back from its service, service was great. However, they disconnected my dash cam without telling me so I was driving around for a full day without it, they took my Linkt tag off and it took me ages to find it, and I had to clean up what I hope is chocolate off of my car seats. Can’t say I’m thrilled as I payed more than what I wanted for the service and had to deal with that crap afterwards.

Was in the hunt for a new EV with all the craziness... got the runaround from most other dealers in SE QLD, but Luv and his team were able to hook me up with a great deal on an EV in stock, gave great service including a loan car and made the whole process excellent and painless every step. Sales staff shoot from the hip and misrepresent the warranties which apply to demo vehicles. Lucky I insisted on getting a copy of the applicable warranty and was able to have this realisation during the cool off period. Sales staff also do not value your time and will engage 3 people in conversations concurrently, detail vehicles, doing anything but give you their full attention. Took my MG for a service. Really impressed about how I was looked after. They were quick and I was very happy with the overall experience.
