Took 1.5 months to get my car back from what started as a warranty dispute. It was a minor fix in the end however no one decided it was important to let us know our car was ready to pick up. This is after countless calls to this dealership, MG themselves, and the dealership we bought the car from. So yes, my car is working, but don’t expect anything fast and be ready to have to chase things up constantly.
Poor service, poor signage and total rip off. Buy a new car and you then have to pay $100 for your service books.
Bought a2021hs 2years ago with 40k on the clock . Transmission failed at 59450k . No problem, loan car same day . Only 2 weeks to fix under warranty.
