Dr Robyn Nagel was verbally abusive to me during an appointment I had with her. She accused me of using my wheelchair to get attention and refused to treat me. I don’t want to trash a person’s character, even when I feel they have caused me harm. But neither do I want other people to go through what I did. I’ve heard other people say they have had good experiences with Dr Nagel. Maybe she’s good with people who have “straightforward” problems. But my experience was traumatic.
Robyn was the rudest person I ever met. She is a typical ‘Karen’. Didn’t listen to anything I had to say and only gave me one option. When questioned she couldn’t listen to my actual problem and understand why I was there. She was uncaring and useless. Will not be recommending her to anyone and will advise my GP about the same.
