I met with Dr Sneya Vidyadagar via telehealth out of an office at their Toowoomba centre - so easy when you don't have to deal with the tech - thank you Aiden. My experience at your Practice was very positive. As a new referral patient, I was so impressed with the level of professionalism and care in a relaxed environment. That big screen is pretty cool... Although I was repeatedly trying to fix my hair 😅 Dr Ranjan your brilliance shines through. Thank you for the all important conversation,discussion and ongoing care regarding my condition. My GP recently referred me to Dr Sheila Cook for some health concerns. I could tell by the way he spoke about her that she was going to be great, and I was not disappointed. Dr Sheila was so kind, caring, and incredibly knowledgeable. She made sure to explain everything in a way I could easily understand. I recently had an appointment with Dr Sheila Cook regarding hormonal changes affecting menopause and fibromyalgia. I felt really listened to, validated and heard. The medical advice I received was practical, individual and delivered with compassion and empathy. The knowledge and understanding of my situation was very reassuring. I can honestly say, that single interaction was the most validating appointment with a medical professional I have ever experienced.

I have recently been a patient at Toowoomba Endocrine & Diabetes, and was very grateful for the excellent care I received. The clinic is modern & welcoming; all staff are friendly & professional. Dr Cook was very thorough, & took time to listen to & discuss my medical history. She clearly addressed all of my questions & potential treatment options, & has followed up with me to check in on my progress. I highly recommend Dr Cook & her team!
