I felt the dentist was truly skilled in patient care. The support staff were friendly and professional.
i would like to give a bouquet to Toowoomba Dental, upon my first time there on Feb19, 2025, for the joy that was there, starting with the effervescent Dr Michael Baker, his great receptionists and room assistants, the building's decor and ambiance, the outside gardens, plenty of car parking - very grateful to have found this dentist on Facebook!
First time visit after moving towns. Never a fan of dentists but found Michael very understanding nd informative as reason for the visit was not run of the mill
I have a genuine fear of the dentist, but the way I was treated this morning by the dentist and nurse was truly exceptional. They were incredibly patient and compassionate, taking the time to explain every step to ensure I felt comfortable and informed. I’m so grateful for the effort they put into showing how much they genuinely care for their patients.
Perfect place with perfect service. The reception are lovely and all three dentists there have been gentle and exceptional in their service.
