The sheets were not clean on either bed, over $300 for the night and the single sloped to one side had to end up sleeping on the couch, only enough coffee for one cup. Pillows smelt like stale sweat.
A great experience all around. Nice and spacious room, comfy bed, quite and efficient air-con. Friendly and helpful staff, and the arrangements for late check-in were excellent. Great location, close to everything.
Great location, rooms are a bit old but have everything you need for a short to medium stay. Check in was easy and i was allowed to check in early so thank you. They even have better coffee and tea than a 5 star hotel. Close to Shops, Restaurants, Ferry, Bus and Train what more do you need.

Not a good experience unfortunately. I had a reservation for a a family studio apartment for 4 people for one night to stay with the family and a following reservation for a studio twin to continue my stay with alone for the following nights. Unfortunately our arrival flight was cancelled so that I asked via email to shift the reservation of one day to have the family studio available for the first night and then at least one night available of the twin apartment.
