Mrs.Tootsie is a beautiful lady. She's down to earth. She does beautiful hair. I loved it here. Her company, her ora and her shop, will make you feel as if you are at home. At least I felt that way.She does locs, nu locs, reties,press, micro braids, she even teaches a 2 day class, amongst other things. Not to mention, she does the Commissioner's hair.
