I went to buy 3 packs of Seneca cigars and I got handed 3 packs of Cigarettes. Then I had to ask again for the cigars and I got handed the wrong flavor I asked for the Seneca Reds but the lady handed me the damn Cherry and I hate Cherry flavor. I ended up taking the 3 packs back to Toot-Totum and I threw the packs at them because I was pissed. I can't believe she didn't listen to me twice I don't know what her name is but she needs to learn to listen better
Can the staff just seem like they really do save money up there in there banks
