Went to purchase alcohol, gave them a retired military ID (which has my birth date clearly on it), they couldn't figure out how to "scan it so the machine takes it", give them a current passport card too (didn't have my DL with me) - same sad story. Im a 61 year old man. The corporate website says military ID or even passport are sufficient, but no one bothered to train these young people on other forms of ID. They were polite, as always, just very poorly trained. Wont bother going back.
