Usually love this Toot N Totem it's my go to favorite even if I'm way across town! but today Thursday February 26th at 6:24 pm some young man was just rude! Some young lady also gave meh, and "if looks could kill look!" I guess working the window is getting to them both! Of you don't want to work? Then don't get a job and run off "LoyaL Lifelong Customers!"
Jez truly made me feel like an inconvenience to her day. Started scanning my items without as much as eye contact much less a good morning. So I started the convo by saying "im doing well! Thanks for asking. And how are you" she said something about shes not supposed to be there today. Sorry to bother you guys. Wont happen again
Extremely rude heavy weight manager does not honor prices or deals posted on items. I’ve had many issues with manager not honoring prices. Store needs new management.
