It’s rare to come across people who make such a positive impression, and they turned what could have been a stressful situation into a great experience. I stopped by this store with my wife to grab a couple of soft drinks, and the experience was ridiculous. We had just seen people going in and out with no problem, but when we got to the door, it was locked. There were no signs posted saying they were closed, and the place was full of employees.
