Had an unfortunate experience at this location with someone who claimed to be a manager, but was wearing someone else’s badge. Originally had a 2 star review up, but changed it to a 5 star because of the prompt response from Toot n Totum. Listening to your customers and acknowledging their experience matters.
I give this lady a $5.50 cents and she never give my dollar to me. I bought a liter of Dr. Pepper and I would like my dollar back or do I have to go to your office it is a Latina female and she was wearing glasses black hair she's a sweet girl but she didn't give me my darling and I give her $5.50 cents for a liter Dr pepper that's how this business is run maybe I should be coming back I love coming here but that's disrespectful love you and please take the money out of your customers and also I called two times somebody's g... read more
