Unacceptable experience. We ordered four drinks and two Tootsie Pops through the drive-thru and were told by V that it was ‘too big’ and we had to come inside. She claimed she was alone, which wasn’t true. We’ve ordered nearly the same thing here many times before, even when only one person was working, with no issues. If she couldn’t handle drive-thru orders, the drive-thru should’ve been closed. There’s no posted order limit, and the drive-thru exists for convenience.
Great people work here. They're enforcement and friendly. The staff greet you when you walk in, and say goodbye & stuff as your leaving.
No one responds to the drive through here for an extended amount of time in the evening. You have to beg someone to answer the at the speaker. And when you get too the window they disappear for another long amount of time before bringing what you orde very slow service. I go to the drive through so I can be quicker than going in to the store... Very disappointing for the location is so convenient and the sodas are better at Toot'n' Totem but the servigce is terribly slow.
Only place in the area open 24hrs, convenient location.
