No one responds to the drive through here for an extended amount of time in the evening. You have to beg someone to answer the at the speaker. And when you get too the window they disappear for another long amount of time before bringing what you orde very slow service. I go to the drive through so I can be quicker than going in to the store... Very disappointing for the location is so convenient and the sodas are better at Toot'n' Totem but the servigce is terribly slow.

Most of the employees are nice. The one at St Francis and River Rd has 1 male employee who was rather rude to me. I was purchasing 2 drinks and told him I would be entering my brother in laws reward number. He rang up the purchase before I could enter the number. I personally don't use the rewards numbers. I don't know how it works. He told me the price which was more than it should have been. When I mentioned it, his demeanor towards me changed. He said to enter it again in a huffy way. Every time I go there drinks don’t taste good. It’s like they don’t know how to change out the sodas in the soda machine.
