Horrible place! You always hear kids crying in the back. Only makes kids more nervous or make you think why? They prefer for parents not to go in the back with child. I would still go in with my child. My child was getting work done she would say ouch & that it was hurting her & they wouldn't listen to her. I had to step in & tell them something for them to listen to my child. After that she was fine.
I wish I could give this place 0 stars they never answer the phone !!! And its so frustrating it was so hard finding them in the first place or even a number to call I'm literally in the doctor's office calling them back to back to back so that they can give me a dental form for the doctors to fill out so my child can get his work done and they will not answer the phone I literally called them 10 times in a row and they just kept hanging up in my face the phone was literally hanging up dropping the call whoever is behind tha... read more
They are so unprofessional. They say one time but waiting for hours. If you love waiting and unprofessional this is the place to be. They say one time and dont see you for hours. I highly would not recommend this place. The staff are unknowing. Unaware of time management
This dental office never answers the phone. I have been calling for 2 days and no answer, no vm, and no call back
Staff is great prompt and clean environment
