If i could give Dr. Kaufteil a zero, I would. Stay away from his practice, especially of you have insurance. His office will tell you that he is a participating provider to lure you in. He will start a dental procedure and bill your insurance. After he is paid for half of the work, he will demand large amounts of money from you to go forward.
