Lied about cavities. I took my three kids here for a few years and then noticed how right when they turned seven they would have cavities. It would be at least two cavities and right around the same time. I got a consult from another dentist and found out that they in fact didn’t have cavities. So they were falsely saying my kids childhood cavities to then fill them and charge me all that money. Don’t trust them.
We were disheartened to learn that suddenly, they will not be taking my childrens' dental insurance. When I mentioned to the doctor that both of my children have been going there their whole lives (13 years), she stated that it was an all or nothing policy. I was not only disappointed, I was humiliated.
Great servís by DR Lauren and staff Very friendly , kind, professional . My daughter Jolinda who is 10 needed an extraction and DR Lauren made her feel comfortable . She was scared of being numbed but did great . Staff very welcoming , friendly . We was done in 30 min . My daughter is super happy . Receptionists friendly , polite , gentle . Office is clean and has lots of toys . Very happy with this office . Thank you 🙏
