Excellent service. I've never worked with pet cemetery before, but when our dog died, my daughter wanted him cremated. VCA was very helpful with the choices available. They said the cremains would be back in 5 days but arrived in only 2 in a very pretty box with a nicely engraved nameplate on it. Thank you.
I lost my 2 year old baby boy, Rumple Wednesday evening. This is my 1st furbaby to lose and I was at a loss. Very upset. Couldn't stop crying. I knew I wanted my baby to come back home and my vet walked me thru the process and helped me pick out the urn for my baby. I got a call Friday letting me know I could come pick up my Rumple and bring him home. We took our dog her when we had an out of town trip and had nobody to stay and care for him. He was well taken care of and got lots of outdoor exercise with the package we purchased. When we picked him up, he was freshly bathed and in great spirits!
I want to personally thank you all for the loving touch you gave my Woodrow this past week. We lost him Feb 5,2018 to cancer . He was 8 years old and my old soul. With not a mean bone in his body and kind heart. You gave him respect and now I have him back home with me . Thank you for the certificate and paw print it means the world to me. When I lost my Kitty Boo last Saturday, it was definitely one of the hardest days of my life. I decided on cremation, and when asked how I would like to receive her, I opted for the 'regular cardboard box' since I planned to purchase my own urn. I was so pleasantly surprised when I received her in a nice gift type bag with a sweet personalized certificate. It was bittersweet to bring her home, but the obvious love and care they provide for all fur babies is greatly appreciated.
Always use Toothaches for my pets. In addition to pet cremation and cemetery they also do boarding and I have heard nothing but good things.
