The worst front office staff and manager. Shockingly rude. We'd only been here once before. I sent my teenage boys to their second appointment, after confirming SEVERAL times when they called me via phone. Also confirmed via text, as well as filled out covid questionnaire the night before. My boys were told they did not have an appointment when they showed up minutes before.
