I scheduled an appt. for my son a couple months ago. They cancelled the initial appt. b/c the dr. was on vacation and then cancelled the second appt. 45 mins before hand b/c dr. was bit by a dog and now..they told me they won't be in the office in time b/c they are on lunch break!
