I specifically told the dental assistant I didn't want fluoride on my toddler's mouth and told me they weren't going to force anything. The dentist then comes in and gives me a lecture on why it's good for the teeth but I have my personal reasons why I'm against it. Therefore, proceeds to still add fluoride to the toothbrush after I said no. Totally unprofessional. Don't forget the fluoride used in dental offices is wayyyy more concentrated than what the water in our faucets and showers have.
My grandson went here for treatment of a cavity a month ago that needed to be capped. She was unable to complete the procedure due to the amount of pain my grandson was in. Said she would refer him to oral surgeon. He was left with a small nub of his tooth open and exposed. Nothing was temporarily applied to cover it. I've seen Dr windmiller for 2 years now I can say that she is an excellent dentist! And does not overcharge you or find extra reasons to do extra work.
Judging from other reviews, especially my mom's assessment, I scheduled an appointment. Office staff was attentive and kind. But, my exam was poorly performed. I told her I had gone through a depression due to the death of my 37 year marriage mate, so I hadn't flossed in months. Minimal empathy but described her own issues. Saw nothing wrong with that.
