This was a first appointment consultation. Dr. Martens and his assistant were very friendly, attentive, and had good communication. However, one front desk employee was rude and argumentative when I provided a previous medication name the dentist asked me to leave with her. I was to immediately begin an antibiotic for tooth abscess but on the second day it still has not been called in to the pharmacy and the dental office will not answer multiple calls to inquire about it. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Had a broken tooth that was causing me extreme pain. They got me in same day and less than an a hour, tooth was pulled and I felt the Instant relief. Thank you guys, would Definitely recommend you to anyone else.
Everyone was very friendly and went out of their way to make sure all my questions and needs were met. Thank you for listening and explaining things to me!
Been going to this location for years. The employees are super friendly and helpful. The only issue I had was I was getting a post put in for an upcoming implant that I’m getting done and after the job was done, I did not receive any aftercare instructions nor was I notified about prescriptions that I had waiting for me at the Pharmacy until I received a text message on my phone from said pharmacy saying my prescriptions were ready to pick up.
