Very friendly staff and nice people working in the clinic.
I just started seeing the dental team here. On my first visit, i was introduced to all the team members so kindly and it felt very humanistic! The administration is so friendly, professional, patient, and attentive in their communication! They are very organized and I did not have to be on a long list to receive my appointments. The freezing I had in my treatment visit was so carefully done, and the assistant was very comforting with gentle massage of my arm while I received the needles. Dr. Kim and the dental team at Tooth Booth have been extremely kind, understanding, and patient with my grandfather, who had been dealing with tooth pain. Dr. Kim was very gentle and thorough with the tooth extractions and thoroughly explained the details and procedures beforehand to ensure we understood. The dental team patiently explained the aftercare instructions and followed up with us the next day, which we really appreciated.
